Can I use fresh green beans instead of frozen?

Absolutely! Feel free to use fresh green beans for a slightly crisper texture. Just adjust the cooking time accordingly.

Is there a substitute for sour cream?

Greek yogurt or plain yogurt can be excellent alternatives if you’re looking for a lighter option.

Can I prepare this dish a day ahead?

Certainly! Prepare the ingredients and assemble them in the crockpot the night before. Refrigerate overnight and start cooking the next day.
