Crockpot Barbecue Ribs

Ingredients

* 2 cups your favorite Barbecue Sauce
* 2 tbsp brown sugar
* 3 cloves garlic, freshly minced
* 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
* 1 tsp cayenne pepper, optional
* 4 to 5 pounds baby back ribs

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Barbecue Sauce Mix Place barbecue sauce, brown sugar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne (if desired) into a zip-lock bag.

Step 2: Blend the Ingredients Zip the bag closed and knead the mixture thoroughly with your hands to ensure even blending.

Step 3: Coat the Ribs Open the bag and insert the ribs. Close the bag and shake it well to coat the ribs entirely in the sauce.

Step 4: Prep the Crockpot Spray the inside of the crockpot with non-stick spray.

Step 5: Transfer Ribs to Crockpot Open the bag and place the sauced ribs into the crockpot. Pour approximately ¾ of the sauce from the bag over the ribs, ensuring they are well-covered.

Step 6: Cooking Time Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours for fall-off-the-bone tenderness, or on low for 9 hours for a similarly tender result. For slightly firmer, yet still tender meat, cook on low for 7 hours.

Step 7: Serve with Extra Sauce Keep some extra sauce on the side for serving at the table. Each person can choose to add more sauce as desired.

Step 8: Enjoy! Delight in the flavorful and tender slow-cooked barbecue ribs.
