Alfredo Chicken Wings

Alfredo Chicken Wings

 Ingredients

 

20-25 chicken wings
1 tsp Lawry’s seasoned salt
1 /2 tsp Lawry’s garlic salt1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
Alfredo sauce
2 Tbsp. Butter
2 cups of heavy whipping cream
2 tsp salt
1 tsp peppe
2 tsp onion powder
3 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup of shreddedParmesan cheese

 

 Instructions




Preheat Oven:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

 

Clean Chicken:

  1. Clean the chicken wings using a mixture of salt, vinegar, and cold water. Rinse them well and pat dry.

 

Season and Bake Chicken:

  1. Season the chicken wings as desired. 
  2. Place them on a cooling rack set over a baking sheet. 
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then flip the wings over. 
  4. Continue baking for another 20 minutes, then flip again and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until fully cooked.

 

Prepare Alfredo Sauce:

  1. While the wings are cooking, start making your Alfredo sauce. Place a pan over medium heat and add butter.
  2. Once the butter has melted, slowly whisk in heavy whipping cream.
  3. Add your preferred seasoning and bring the mixture to a light boil.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 3 minutes, or until it slightly thickens.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until well combined.

 

Combine Wings with Sauce:

  1. Add the cooked chicken wings to the Alfredo sauce in the pan. Toss them gently to coat evenly.
