Chocolate Rice Krispie Balls

Ingredients:

3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional toppings: sprinkles, crushed nuts, or coconut flakes

Directions:




Melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
Gently fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
Let the mixture cool slightly, then form into small balls.
Roll each ball in powdered sugar or optional toppings.
Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
